Adada city was founded during the Hellenistic period and is 40 km from Egirdir. In the 1st century BC Adada started to mint coins and became an important city. There are temples, theatre, official buildings, and a church all still remaining with glory. The King’s road which passed Adada to Selge is still visible. A Psidian city situated near the village of Sagnak. Money was coined there in the first century BC. Ruins, pedestals, sarcophagi stones, paved roads, an amphitheatre, and remains of the temple can be seen.
